Green Velvet, 'Essential Mix, 7/19/14' and Joy Orbison, 'Essential Mix, 7/26/14'

My Essential Mix binge continues, though this week I gorged on fresh tracks: Green Velvet’s mix from July 19 and Joy Orbison’s from July 26. Both are phenomenal and currently available for official online enjoyment via Radio 1’s iPlayer.

Radio 1 programs, though, are only available online for a limited time after their first broadcast. The limit for most shows is one week, but it seems Essential Mixes are available for much longer — thankfully. If you miss them on iPlayer, I am sure they will be available on other sources at some point.
