Good Tunes: 4hero, 'Parallel Universe'

Anxiously waiting for the day when the BBC stops streaming its music radio stations for those outside the UK (I have not found an exact date anywhere), I had a moment of panic today as BBC Sounds was unable to load on my phone.

“Is this it?” I thought. “Did the BBC finally cut us off?”

I closed out of the app, reopened it, and everything loaded. Phew! They haven’t cut us off—not yet, at least. In the meantime, I will continue to enjoy good tunes like 4hero’s “Parallel Universe” on the Beeb’s dance streams.

I heard “Parallel Universe” on “The Sound of 1994” episode of 6 Music’s Rave Forever. It’s dreamy and hypnotic, though I think it is too upbeat to be considered trance.
