Good Tunes: 10 Years, 'Fix Me'

Here’s a good tune that is still in rotation on Rock 108, eastern Iowa’s pillar of alt rock and metal: “Fix Me” by 10 Years. The song popped into my head last week. I have always liked it but realized that I did not know the title or band name. Google to the rescue!

Speaking of Rock 108, the station parted ways with longtime disc jockey Michael Cross back in November. Cross had been with Rock 108 for 20 years, around the time I started listening, and was the voice of the station. Not only was he the midday DJ, he was the station’s program director and the operations manager for Rock 108’s family of stations. Here’s an interview with him published in October.
