Good Tunes: The Outfield, 'Winning It All'

The Foxy Lady and I introduced CP to The Mighty Ducks a few weeks ago. I had not seen it in forever, so it was fun to revisit it after so long.

Playing at the end of the movie and ending credits is a song I completely forgot about it: “Winning It All” by The Outfield. (Yes, The Outfield.) It’s inclusion in The Mighty Ducks was a nice surprise because it reminded me of another VHS I watched over and over when I as a kid: Sports Illustrated: 1992 the Year in Sports.



I had not thought about that tape in years. It was an obsession of mine when I was becoming interested in sports, and 1992 was the year it happened, so many of the moments profiled in the video are those that made a huge impression on me.
