Good Tunes: Bizarre Inc, 'I’m Gonna Get You'

Yesterday was all about 1993.

Last night, I fired up my family’s first computer—a Macintosh Performa 600. My parents bought it in September 1993 and it still works like a champ, though the floppy drive did not eject a disk, forcing me to do it manually. (Paper clip to the rescue!) I read some stories I wrote in fifth or sixth grade, played Vette! and Sim City 2000, and struggled with the wired mouse with a single button.

Earlier in the day, while riding the ol’ Schwinn Exerciser, I stumbled across Bizarre Inc’s “I’m Gonna Get You” on YouTube. It’s an amazing blast from that past I probably had not heard since the Performa 600 was state of the art.
