Good Tunes: Agoria's 'Drift' Essential Mix

I painted Sweets’s living room and master bedroom way back in November or December. Armed with my ear buds, phone, and the BBC’s iPlayer Radio app, I caught up on the most recent Essential Mixes while taping, trimming, and rolling. (I am way behind again, unfortunately.) Among the mixes I listened to was Agoria’s entrancing “DRIFT” mix.

What is “DRIFT”? According to the mix’s Radio 1 webpage, Agoria defines it as “freedom in music and musical taste. Sharing the couch between your guilty pleasure and your tasteful opinion.” Though there are a couple parts that are not to my liking, it is a well-crafted and mesmerizing mix that made for peaceful and enjoyable music to paint to.
