Good Tunes: Queen, 'Bicycle Race'

It’s been a long time since I posted any music, so I thought I would post this fitting ditty from Queen, a gem I remember fondly from my Queen Greatest Hits cassette.

This year, Iowa City is an overnight stop on RAGBRAI for the first time since 1976, so Bobblehead, Cover, and I will #BookItToIowaCity from Sigourney on Friday. Having grown up in Iowa City, I feel behooved to ride RAGBRAI when it stops overnight in my hometown for the first time in my life. I finished my training tonight with a 21.88-mile ride through the east side of IC, so I think I’m ready for Friday. (The training I did this year was much easier and saner than what I did in 2015. Riding a road bike makes a huge difference.)

Here’s an interesting thing I learned about this song: It has an official music video featuring naked women riding bikes. As a fan of the seventies—especially the foxy ladies—you know I checked it out (it’s nothing special).
