The Novel Diary: Week 63
Word count: 360 (Chapter 6 (2.0)); 44,720 (total).
Though I did not finish Chapter 5 (2.0) last week, as I wanted, I did finish it last night. Tonight I dove headlong into Chapter 6 (2.0).
The distractions tonight included James Cameron’s drive to the Challenger Deep and searchers regarding Postal Service vehicles. The bit I was writing tonight included a mailman and I wanted to know the exact name of the trucks they drive. I did not use it, though, because why the hell would I include “Grumman Long Life Vehicle” in my novel? Sadly, everything I wrote tonight will probably get axed later…like tomorrow night.
