Good Tunes: Deftones, 'Geometric Headdress'

Yep, another Deftones gem. This one will probably be my last ... for a while, at least. I’m sure I’ll keep listening to their albums and something new will pique my interest.

I finally listened to Gore recently, and “Geometric Headdress” stood out. The chorus is what gets me. It’s “dreamy, mournful, and passionate,” as one Reddit user described it. It is the kind of thing that draws me to Deftones so much, why their music tickles the rights spots, and what has made listening through their discography via Spotify so enjoyable.
